"You could not bring your prices down to your competition ive drove over 1 million miles in big trucks i retired with no tickets and no accidents i drive less than 50 miles a weak i got my insurance for 1/2 of what yall was charging yall are very nice but im on a fixed income an can,t afford to pay that much on my car that i dont hardly drive just to the grocery store 4 miles up the road from my house thank yall for your service yall get your prices down i would love to come back"

"Due to Tropical storm Arthur, my SUV sustained windshield damage.
I called my State Farm agent; Brad Saloom and his assistant Emma took action right away.
1> They arranged a rental car for me via Enterprise.
2> Emma put me in touch with a very reputable local glass company.
All of this transpired on a Friday late morning. By Monday a.m. my windshield was replaced to my complete satisfaction. The rental was returned and I was 100 % satisfied.
Remember the old adage, you pay for what you get.
Well, it's true.
Are there cheaper insurance companies promising cheaper rates, probably. Are they going to be there when you need them, maybe, can they provide the service you need, probably not.
I am very satisfied with State Farm and my local agent, B. Saloom. And greatly appreciate Emma's effort and patience in dealing with my claim."
